No fancy equipment just hammer, heat and anvil. After forging to shape, each pan spends hours being hand finished and polished. Finally, each pan is pre-seasoned to over 500 degrees to attain that beautiful dark patina and naturally non-stick finish. Meant to last a lifetime! A true family heirloom!
